This is a year around swim lesson program, students are automatically enrolled in the next session and charged until you drop the class through the parent portal.

If you need a time change or plan to discontinue swim lessons please send a drop request through the parent portal before your session ends.
For those changing time, after you send the drop request you will be able to enroll in a new class during priority scheduling .
The Oahu Club swim instructors are dedicated to providing a fun, safe and educational approach to inspire people of all ages to be water safe. We look to create an environment where everyone can learn and enjoy the benefits of swimming as well as increase self confidence. We offer 10 week sessions with a class the same day and time each week. You can join anytime and will be prorated to the end of the session.
Classes offered
We recommend 15min private lessons for ages 18m-6yo. If you feel like your child would benefit from more time we recommend twice a week at 15min for children 6yo and younger.
30min private lessons work best for students 7yo – Adult. If you feel like your student would benefit from more time we recommend twice a week at 30min for higher level students preparing for swim team.
(Lessons are listed in 15min increments when scheduling, for a 30min lesson you would find back to back spots with the same instructor.)

Discount For Oahu Club Member
Program Membership $50- This registration fee allows your family to enroll in swim and tennis lessons. Program Memberships stay active for one year after last enrolled lesson.
(Does not allow access to other club facilities)
The Oahu Club Swim Lesson Program does not offer
make up classes for missed lessons.
All sales are final we do not offer refunds for swim lessons.
Please schedule with that in mind.

Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm
Monday-Thursday 2pm-7pm
(Wed 1pm-7pm)
Weather Policy
The swim lesson program at The Oahu Club is a year around outdoor program. We hold swim lessons in all weather conditions excluding thunder/lightning. Pools must be cleared for 30min after last thunder/lightning strike.
If we should have to cancel swim lessons due to weather, a credit for the lessons will be added to your swim lesson account.

Coach Luke
Swim Lesson Coordinator
Aloha! My name is coach Luke and I've taught all ages and skill levels here at the Oahu Club for the last 12 years. I coach the Bronze II and Silver swim team groups for the Kamehameha swim club. I enjoy teaching special needs swimmers and children with fear of the water.

Coach Regan
Coach Regan is Kamehameha swim club alumni. Coach Regan coaches the Bronze I level of swim team. She is comfortable teaching all ages from infant to adult. Coach Regan is flexible in her teaching style and adapts well to all learning styles.
Coach Jonah
Coach Jonah has taught swim lessons at the Oahu Club since 2020. Coach Jonah is a firm and enthusiastic instructor with a structured lesson plan. Coach Jonah is able to match the tempo of those high energy Keiki and keep them on track.
Coach Todd
Coach Todd has taught swim lessons at The Oahu Club since 2019. Coach Todd is a reliable instructor, he takes almost no time off. He is a firm instructor but moves at the students pace. He pushes his students gently through our swim skills.
Coach Ginny
Coach Ginny is a retired elementary school teacher with experience
teaching general education and special education. Coach Ginny has a structured lesson plan and can really connect with elementary age children, her passion for teaching is evident in her lessons.

Coach Brennan
Coach Brennan is Kamehameha Swim Team Alumni and Eagle Scout. Coach Brennan is a big teddy bear, he is gentle and takes his time to make sure students are comfortable.
