Congratulations on your choice to join Kamehameha Swim Club. This team is the Hawaii Kai Branch of the Kamehameha swim club. We want swimming to be a sport you can enjoy for a lifetime. We look forward to a great season of learning and fun.

Listed below are some key information regarding swim policy and practice:

ATTENDANCE: Attendance is taken at each practice. the training schedule has been structured to encourage swimmers to develop skills and speed on a progressive system that prevents "burn out" and injury. Swimmers should stick to the days and times of their group level. Swimmers are moved to the next level on an individual basis by their coach.

TEAM UNIFORM: Swim cap for girls is required and swim goggles are highly recommended. Team suits must be worn at all meets. Team swim caps are sold in the pro shop and order forms are available for suits/uniform items in the office.

BILLING:

• Your payments are made on a monthly basis.
• You may choose direct withdrawal from a checking, savings or credit card.
• If you wish to be billed every month, there is a $5 per month extra charge.
• There is a 3 month minimum.
• A 30 day notice from your billing date is required before stopping training fees.

MEET FEES:

• Meet fees should be paid for Non Classified meets when you sign up for the swim competition.
• Invitational and state competition fees will be billed.
• If there are any questions concerning billing, please call.

COMMUNICATION:

• A monthly newsletter is E-mailed, which lists the upcomming meets and events.  Please be sure to provide your E-mail address.
• If you would like to talk to one of the coaches, please leave a message at the club, and he/she will return your call.  It is most important that the coaches give 100% of their attention to the swimmers during practice times
