I began teaching group fitness at a martial arts studio in Sacramento CA, in 1983 to help out a friend who wanted to use the mid-morning down time in his studio. The rest is history. To date I have taught over 4,000 classes in a variety of formats and environments. I love the energy and group dynamics of fitness classes I cant run a block without stopping, but I can teach group fitness for hours on end. Mahalo for making me feel so welcome at the Oahu Club. I have been active my entire life but after the birth of my two children I found that exercise often got put on the back burner. Lacking the energy and the figure that I once had, I got motivated and became a certified fitness instructor so that I could make a little extra money and get back into shape. I loved helping others transform their bodies so much that I took it one step further and became a certified personal trainer so I could share my energy and passion with others. By working out in a circuit format you get a workout that combines fat burning cardiorespiratory benefits as well as the toning and strengthing benefits of weight lifting. I am committed to making your workouts fun, challenging, and new every time. Also included in all packages are grocery store help, nutrition guides, and meal planning. Everyone is unique with different needs and goals; with this in mind let me design an individualized program for you!
